American work ethic
All the people in this world certainly want their live
quality more than other. They want to upgrade their quality of live. Not just
in one region but all of the people in this world. The quality of live always
depends on how much someone has money or properties. To getting money, someone
must has a job. When we hear job, we always related it to an adult. But, in
some region a job not just for an adult but also for an adolescent. In this passage
I would like to explain to you about some work ethic that applied in America.
No one don’t know how is the American work ethic, and
their productivity. It is something marvelous. Compare then other countries,
even another continents America is a productive region. Almost all of the
people in America have a job. From a young adolescent until an adult has their
own job. Each person does their job with their own skill.
An American loves work very much, even if they are a
child. If there is a child that not at in active time in school, they worked.
They do anything that can they do. And if someone can’t find some good job,
they will be a self-employed, like painting houses, digging trenches, mowing lawns and putting
up fences. All that job is not an embarrassing job. It’s common in that country
if someone do that job. Most of American
though that someone who hasn’t a job is very painful to see.
In America everyone work, and do all thing that related to their job.
And a really American always has a work ethic. The work ethics that always use
in America are:
1. Punctuatility,
or we can say on-time. Always in the work-place, when sometimes we needed
2. Reliability,
or believable. Always loyal to our manager or boss. Even when another job tempt
our mind.
3. Diligence, we
must consistent with this ethic. We must be able to be a diligent employee in every
time and everywhere.
4. Agreeableness,
we must can be suit with our entire partner in work, along with fellow employee
or customer.
5. Abiding by the
rules, we must obey all of the rules, along in personal appearances and
performing tasks.
6. Ambition, we
must has a sense to be the better one then before. We must support our own feeling
to be better employee.
So, in America to find some job we not must be an
adult first. But, we can get our own job as self-employee. They got their
lesson in school time, and go to work in their separate time. An American can
be completely motionless. They must do something that can gave them more
benefits than just be an useless thing. American has some work ethics when they
are work, it’s include; punctuatility, reliability, diligence, agreeableness,
abiding by the rules and ambition. They always apply that entire ethic, so they
can be a better employee and upgrade their live quality. I think you must start
try to applied the American work ethic, because it can make a good change for
your live quality.
